The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Tarja Halkonen and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sackett takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Trulove Sackett seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sackett tries to land a front kick but Ler steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Nice uppercut there from Sackett.
Sackett throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Sackett throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Ler shoots in looking for a takedown. Sackett tries to sprawl out of it but Ler keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Sackett manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

and Sackett counters with a good low kick that Ler was not able to check.

Sackett tried to score with a low kick but Ler checks it.

Sackett connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Sackett throws an overhand right that lands on Ler's shoulder, as Ler tries to avoid the shot.
Ler fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Sackett, pushing him back against the cage.

Sackett is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.

Sackett tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Ler is able to avoid easily.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Trulove Sackett dominated that round.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Sackett pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Ler throws a series of punches but Sackett avoids them all with ease.
Ler takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Sackett throws a front kick aimed at Ler's knee but Ler avoids it well.
Sackett really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Sackett tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Sackett is looking to slow Ler down with leg kicks.
Ler moves in looking to clinch but Sackett pushes him off.

Sackett swings widly with a right hand
and Ler counters with a stiff right hand.
Sackett shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.

Ler wants to clinch up but Sackett keeps it at a distance.

A head kick lands from Sackett that sends Ler to the canvas. Ler tries to scramble back to his feet but Sackett brings him back down into side control.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Ler tries to escape but Sackett is in control.

Ler is pushing Sackett's head away, looking to escape. Sackett manages to hold on to the position though.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Sackett in side control here. He's dropped a big elbow there and Ler looks hurt! Oh, he is hurt! Sackett turns on the heat and pounds him out for a TKO victory! Good killer instinct there!
