Sakamoto takes a kick to the side of the head.

Sakamoto gets tackled into the cage by Sherman. Sherman maintains the clinch.

Sakamoto tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Sherman's elbow.

Sakamoto escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Sherman ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Sherman bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Sakamoto lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Sakamoto fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Sherman manages to avoid it.
Sherman displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Sakamoto throws out the jab.
Michael Sherman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Sherman has momentary wrist control but Sakamoto slips an elbow through the middle.
Sakamoto arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Sherman's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:51 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Paul Sakamoto!
A relieved looking Paul Sakamoto thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
