Smooth is really trying hard to get back to his feet.

Smooth is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
Nielsen has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Smooth in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.

Nielsen is working for a guillotine from mount but Smooth frees his head quite easily.
Smooth defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Nielsen.
Nielsen loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Smooth scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Nielsen land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Nielsen stands and salutes the crowd.
