The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Yves DeLean and Elvis Blanc.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gagne fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Gagne shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Burns pinned against the cage. Burns gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Gagne shoots in for a takedown but Burns shows good takedown defense.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Xavier Gagne. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Burns tries for a takedown but Gagne sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Burns stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Burns wants it to stay on the feet.
Gagne shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Burns changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Gagne looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Burns controlling the position.
Burns sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Gagne is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.

Burns misses with the ground and pound.
Burns postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Burns controlling the position from side mount.
Burns is chipping away with strikes.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Burns working the ground and pound but Gagne is defending the strikes.

Burns wants to control but Gagne is keeping him busy.
Burns in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Burns throws a strike aimed at the side of Gagne's head but Gagne avoids it well.

Gagne is rocked!
Gagne is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
Oh Gagne is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Burns works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
A big shot lands for Burns! That's hurt Gagne! Will he recover? Burns fires away with more strikes and the referee has to step in to stop the fight!

A very excited looking Dick Burns rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
