Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between James Lewis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yang Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lee has chosen Japanese National Anthem as his entrance music. Yang Lee has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Wesley Smith and Robert Twigg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee leaves Lewis with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Lewis gets tackled into the cage by Lee. Lee maintains the clinch.

Lee pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Lee lands a big head kick that sends Lewis tumbling to the mat! Lee takes a step backwards and waves Lewis back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like James Lewis has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Lee pushes Lewis up against the cage in a clinch.

Lee pulls guard successfully.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Lee keeping moving, preventing Lewis from controlling successfully.
Lee wants to get back to his feet but Lewis is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Lee manages to escape and get back to his feet.

Lewis has his takedown stuffed

and Lee counters by moving into the clinch.
Lewis is breathing heavily.
Lewis tries a body shot but Lee blocks it.

Lee pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Lewis throws a looping overhand right but Lee ducks down to avoid it.
Lee tries to bum rush Lewis with a series of wild strikes but Lewis uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Lewis looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for James Lewis. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Lee is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Lewis can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
