Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Billy Bishop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ray Hardy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bishop comes to the cage accompanied by Aggro?. Hardy comes into a darkened arena with his song building. I shot the Sheriff kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Ray Hardy was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, James Ackerman and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hardy lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Hardy slips a jab from Bishop.
Hardy lands a nice looking body shot.
Hardy avoids the body shot from Bishop.
Hardy scores with a jab to the head.
Bishop misses with a hook to the body
enabling Hardy to counter with a crisp jab.
Hardy slips a straight right by Bishop.
Hardy fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
A telegraphed right hand from Bishop misses the target.
Hardy is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Hardy thuds his right hand into Bishop's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Bishop missing with a left hand there. Hardy was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Bishop avoids the body shot from Hardy.

Bishop catches Hardy with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Hardy swings and misses with a hook to the body.
A looping hook to the body misses from Hardy. Bishop does a little dance to reset his feet.

Hardy looks to score with a jab to the body but Bishop is just out of range.
Bishop is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Hardy.
Hardy defending well as Bishop loads up on a big left hand.
Bishop shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Hardy napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Bishop goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Hardy has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Bishop but great work by Hardy.
Bishop tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Hardy wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bishop is working hard here to advance position.
Bishop manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Hardy is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Hardy is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Bishop is just riding it out for now. Hardy eventually gives up the hold.
Bishop is looking to control Hardy's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Bishop avoid being mounted?

Hardy tries to stand but his arm is trapped.
Bishop keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bishop blocking the ground and pound attempt from Hardy.
Bishop is pressing down on Hardy's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Hardy trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.

Hardy trying to control but Bishop is working from the bottom.
Hardy drops back looking for a leg! Bishop is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Bishop manages to kick Hardy off! Hardy jumps back into Bishop's guard.
Hardy must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Bishop is looking for a triangle but Hardy pushes his legs off easily.
Bishop has his feet on Hardy's thighs here. He's pushed Hardy off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Hardy screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
