The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bones gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Naza counters with a single leg into guard. Bones didn't expect that.
Naza is working Bones over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

A looping hook to the body misses from Naza. Bones does a little dance to reset his feet.
Bones shoots in looking for a takedown but Naza manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Bones's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Bones tries to close the distance and clinch but Naza swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Naza fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Bones to the ground. Naza is now in Bones's guard.
