Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Konstantin Menshow and Viktor Lagutenko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Threadgood throws a jab when Svetlakov was well out of range.
Svetlakov defending well as Threadgood loads up on a big left hand.
Threadgood is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Svetlakov.
Threadgood scores with a shot to the body.
Threadgood throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Threadgood connects with a body shot.
Threadgood misses with a wild body shot.
Threadgood throws a leg kick that misses.
Threadgood misses with a straight right.
Svetlakov lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Threadgood thows a body shot but no joy.
Threadgood waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Svetlakov.
Sloppy strikes from Svetlakov. Those never looked like landing.
Svetlakov uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Threadgood.
Svetlakov throws a lazy right hand but Threadgood sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Svetlakov lands an overhand right.
Oooooh!!! Svetlakov has knocked Threadgood down with a huge combo! Svetlakov steps away and waves a wobbly Threadgood back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
It looks like Buddy Threadgood has been cut.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Threadgood throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Svetlakov sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Svetlakov dodges the punch combination from Threadgood.
Threadgood misses with a jab, cross combination.
Threadgood lands a jab to the nose.
It looks like Sergei Svetlakov has been cut.
Svetlakov drops Threadgood with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Threadgood looks back up at him and smiles so Svetlakov waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Svetlakov moves out of range as Threadgood throws a body kick.
A combination from Svetlakov does no damage.
Svetlakov plants his feet and throws a brutal three punch combo that sends Threadgood swiftly into unconsciousness! Right, left, right! Boom, boom, boom! Threadgood face plants, battered and bloodied! He might never be the same again after that finish!
