Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Brandon Grant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Patrick Miguel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Tarja Halkonen and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miguel fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Grant to the ground. Miguel is now in Grant's guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Miguel is pushing down on Grant's leg trying to pass to half guard. Grant is fighting to maintain full guard but Miguel has managed to sneak the leg through.
Grant avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Miguel.
Grant has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Miguel is working away from the top position though.
Miguel has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Miguel throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Grant was covering up waiting for the punch and Miguel finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Miguel stands and throws Grant's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Miguel creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Grant sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Grant cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Grant breaks from Miguel's wrist control and lands an elbow.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Miguel wants to hold on but Grant pushes him away.

Miguel is looking to improve his position but Grant isn't that keen on the idea.

Grant blocks Miguel's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom.
BOOM! Grant connects with a massive shot to the dome!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Brandon Grant will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Miguel is looking to clinch but Grant is avoiding it.
Patrick Miguel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Grant scores with a three punch combo!
Grant closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Grant lands in his opponent's guard.
Grant trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Miguel has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Grant is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Miguel.
Miguel gets back to half guard.
Miguel is trying to control but can't.
Grant lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Miguel tries to roll over but Grant keeps him under control.
Grant wants to work for an arm triangle but Miguel is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Grant is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Miguel defends it well.

Grant lands strikes from half guard.
Grant is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Grant is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Miguel is just riding it out for now. Grant eventually gives up the hold.
Miguel is pressing down on Grant's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

Grant stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Miguel swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Miguel escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Grant gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Miguel has momentary wrist control but Grant slips an elbow through the middle.

Grant cracks Miguel with a big right hand but Miguel just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Grant is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Miguel looks calm but he's in trouble here. Grant gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Miguel is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Grant lets go of the hold and Miguel can pop his arm back in it's socket.
