The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Phoenix throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Jordan.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Phoenix is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Phoenix tries to pull guard but Jordan won't allow it.
Jordan lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
