Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Janis Rozentals (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John McQueen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rozentals lands with a nice body punch.
Rozentals stuffs the takedown.
Rozentals will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Rozentals misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Rozentals shoots in looking for a takedown. McQueen tries to sprawl out of it but Rozentals keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. McQueen manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Rozentals wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but McQueen has him pressed against the cage.

Rozentals changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. McQueen tries to avoid it but Rozentals manages to keep hold of a leg and drag McQueen to the ground. McQueen escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Rozentals tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. McQueen manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

McQueen shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Rozentals defends it nicely.
Rozentals misses with a takedown attempt
and McQueen decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Rozentals's guard.
McQueen got a little sloppy there for a moment and Rozentals has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, McQueen has managed to get both his arms back between Rozentals's legs - danger averted.
Rozentals is breathing heavily.
McQueen wants to control from the top but Rozentals keeps moving.
McQueen wants to pass the guard but Rozentals is keeping the position.
McQueen is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

McQueen drops back looking for a leg! Rozentals is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Rozentals manages to kick McQueen off! McQueen jumps back into Rozentals's guard.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Rozentals jumps guard but McQueen stands there with Rozentals around his waist. Rozentals gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Rozentals wants to stand up but McQueen is controlling him.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
McQueen is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
McQueen tries to pass to full mount but Rozentals defends it.
McQueen is trying to work for a kimura but Rozentals is defending well.
Rozentals tries to roll over but McQueen keeps him under control.
McQueen works his way into full mount!

McQueen is looking to work his way around to Rozentals's back. He needs to be careful though, as he's in danger of losing this dominant position.
Rozentals is working to get back to half guard.
McQueen lands with some strikes.
McQueen tries to control but Rozentals wriggling away.
McQueen seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but Rozentals is holding on tight.
McQueen avoids the attempt from Rozentals to control.
McQueen has control of Rozentals's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Rozentals regains control of the situation pretty easily.

McQueen mounts Rozentals! Really nice guard pass there!
Poor strikes thrown by McQueen there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Rozentals is wriggling around trying to escape.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
McQueen won't let Rozentals get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
McQueen goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Rozentals is on top in guard.
McQueen tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Rozentals looking to sit in guard and control but McQueen gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
McQueen sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Rozentals's guard.
John McQueen has got the better of the ground game so far.
Rozentals has a hand on McQueen's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. McQueen takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!
Rozentals is working to get back to half guard.

McQueen wants to finish this one by submission but Rozentals is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from McQueen.

John McQueen showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

McQueen is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Rozentals to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Rozentals shrugs it off.
McQueen is looking to work his way around to Rozentals's back. He needs to be careful though, as he's in danger of losing this dominant position.

McQueen is working for the choke. It looks like he might have got it... has he...? Yes! Rozentals is tapping out! This one is all over!
