Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Eli Issokson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trent Allen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Dean Styles and Anthony Taglia.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Issokson slips under a jab.
Allen rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Issokson moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Issokson could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Allen stuffs the takedown.
Issokson shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Allen counters with a stiff right hand.
Issokson misses with a wild combination.
Issokson wants to clinch

and Allen counters by clinching up.
Issokson missing with knees to the body.
Allen taking a breather.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Issokson.
Issokson wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
The referee calls for Allen to work.
Issokson has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Allen after a bit of a struggle.

Issokson is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Allen.
Issokson tries to pull guard but Allen forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

Issokson is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Allen pulls him back up using the underhooks.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Allen connects with a nice short shot to Issokson's temple.

Issokson might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Allen is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Allen lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Issokson is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Allen scores with a couple of nice shots.

Oh Issokson is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Issokson strikes from the bottom but Allen uses the opportunity to move to side control.
Allen cracks Issokson with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Allen immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Issokson is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Allen!
