Gay comes to the cage accompanied by I Need a Doctor Dr. Dre feat. Eminem & Skylar Grey . Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gay uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Weiner.
Weiner is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
A punch combination from Gay misses.
Gay tries to close the distance and clinch but Weiner swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Weiner avoids the head kick by Gay.
Weiner fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Gay looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Gay throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Gay throws a sloppy head kick and Weiner moves out of range easily.
Gay misses with the combination.
Yur Gay seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Weiner tests Gay's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Gay takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Weiner uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Weiner has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Weiner wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Weiner swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Gay.
Nice shot lands for Weiner.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
A jab from Weiner finds it's way through Gay's defenses.
Gay rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Weiner moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Weiner throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Gay stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Weiner cracks Gay with an open hand slap.
Gay misses with a double jab
and Weiner counters with a nice body shot.
Gay is breathing heavily.
The fighters circle momentarily. Weiner darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Weiner's jab looks to have found its range, popping Gay under the eye.

Gay is rocked!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Gay throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Weiner sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Oh Gay is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Gay throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Gay moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Gay looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Gay lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Weiner circles away quickly and effectively.

Gay moves in looking to clinch but Weiner pushes him off.
Weiner is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Gay had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

Weiner steps in with a hook that catches Gay right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Weiner follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Gay looks absolutely devastated.
