And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Luis Mejias!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Russell Pearce and John Roberts.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bordin clinches.
Mejias tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Bordin smiles and moves away.

Bordin forces Mejias back against the cage and clinches.

Bordin gets control of Mejias's arms and successfully pulls guard. Bordin will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Mejias wants to stand but Bordin has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Mejias stopping the sweep attempt from Bordin.

Bordin is looking to sinch up a triangle. Mejias throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Bordin's body to avoid the submission. Bordin has instead reached around Mejias's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Bordin arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
