Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nick Gaston!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Cecil Peabody and Frank Dennis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dille throws a series of punches but Gaston moves out of range.
Gaston throws a head kick that misses.
Dille tries to bum rush Gaston with a series of wild strikes but Gaston uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Dille tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Gaston was well out of range. Poor timing from Dille.
Both fighters circling a little - Gaston finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Dille tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Gaston manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Gaston throws a sloppy head kick and Dille moves out of range easily.

Gaston throws a leg kick which misses Dille's front leg but catches the back leg as Dille tries to avoid it.

The fight stays on the outside here - Dille looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Gaston tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Dille's elbow.

Gaston wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Dille shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

It looks like James Dille has been cut.
Gaston tries a head kick but it misses.
Gaston throws a sloppy head kick and Dille moves out of range easily.

Dille takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Dille is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Gaston is keeping busy.

Dille tries to clinch but Gaston is having none of it.
Gaston throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Gaston is looking to slow Dille down with leg kicks.
Gaston misses with a double jab.
Gaston throws a head kick but Dille moves out of range.
Gaston throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Dille.
Gaston rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Dille moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Dille doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

That kick from Gaston tenderised Dille's leg. Dille is trying to keep his angry face on.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Gaston lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Dille has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Dille and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Gaston throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Gaston throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.

Dille forces Gaston back against the cage and clinches.
Gaston is trying to break free.
Dille misses with some punches.
Gaston trying to stall but Dille improves his position.

It looks like Nick Gaston has been cut.
Dille swings wildly with an uppercut but Gaston uses good head movement to avoid it.

Gaston has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Dille is trying to keep an underhook but Gaston manages to get the takedown into half guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Dille is trying to stand up here but Gaston is controlling him well.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Gaston decides to return to a standing position.
Dille wants to clinch up but Gaston keeps it at a distance.
Gaston tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Dille blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Dille tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Dille misses with a punch on the inside.
Gaston blocks a punch to the side of the head.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Gaston can't break the clinch.

Gaston pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
A left lands for Gaston.
Gaston lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Nick Gaston dominated that round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Dille is looking to clinch.
Gaston scores with a push kick.
Gaston throws a powerful right kick. Dille tried to block low but the kick was high! Dille was taken right off of his feet! Gaston jumps in to finish the job and the ref tackles him! The fight is over!
