And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Takedown And Pound!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, George Francis and Frank Dennis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
And Pound has his takedown stuffed

and Anufriev counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
And Pound can't keep his opponent in guard - Anufriev advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Anufriev is looking to advance position but And Pound won't allow it.

Anufriev is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Anufriev is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for And Pound!

Anufriev has control of And Pound's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and And Pound regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Anufriev jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but And Pound manages to avoid the submission attempt.

And Pound gets back to half guard.

Anufriev is working for a submission of some sort.

Anufriev looking for a submission but And Pound manages to get full guard, putting an end to that submission attempt.
And Pound is pulling down on Anufriev's head to control his posture.

Anufriev is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
And Pound looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.

Anufriev is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! And Pound is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! And Pound has escaped and now he's on top!

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Anufriev looking for a guillotine here but And Pound defends easily.
And Pound passes Anufriev's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. And Pound lands a nice short elbow.
