Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lawrence throws a sloppy head kick and Ames moves out of range easily.
Lawrence rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Ames counters with a good low kick that Lawrence was not able to check.
Nice defenses there by Ames.
Lawrence throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Lawrence throws a lazy uppercut
and Ames counters with a good, hard body kick but Lawrence shrugs it off.
Lawrence falls off balance throwing a combination
and Ames counters with an inside leg kick.
Lawrence looks gassed!
Ames looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Lawrence throws a series of punches but Ames avoids them all with ease.
Ames digs a good body shot into Lawrence's ribs.
Ames connects with a solid leg kick.
Lawrence takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Lawrence needs to keep his hands up - Ames had a free shot at his head there.
It looks like Tony Lawrence has been cut.
Ames with a jab.
A chopping leg kick lands by Ames.
That kick from Ames tenderised Lawrence's leg. Lawrence is trying to keep his angry face on.
Ames paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Ames throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Ames connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Lawrence! He's out on his feet! Ames rushes in and drops Lawrence with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
