Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sandor Clegane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andres Aguinaldo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Clegane's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, T.I. - Whatever You Likes. The key to victory for Sandor Clegane has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sandor Clegane!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Andres Aguinaldo!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Ren Mimura and Yukihiro Shimada.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Aguinaldo looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Clegane slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Aguinaldo slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Clegane on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Clegane tries to get out of the position.

I looks like Aguinaldo might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Aguinaldo is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Clegane is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Despite being in the dominant position, Andres Aguinaldo just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Aguinaldo changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Clegane looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Clegane bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Aguinaldo's head backwards.

Clegane stuffs the takedown attempt from Aguinaldo. Aguinaldo gets slowly back to his feet.
A decent looking cross lands there for Clegane.


It looks like Andres Aguinaldo has been cut.
Aguinaldo shoots for a double leg takedown but Clegane sprawls well. He's pushed Aguinaldo's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Aguinaldo fails to land the takedown.
Clegane lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Aguinaldo sprawling to the canvas. Clegane follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Aguinaldo hang on?

This has been an exciting period of action!
Aguinaldo makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Aguinaldo.

Clegane avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Clegane missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

Aguinaldo seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Clegane pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Aguinaldo is keeping the position for now.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Clegane drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Aguinaldo dives on top into guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Clegane can't keep his opponent in guard - Aguinaldo advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Clegane has guillotine here! It looks pretty tight! Could this be all over! No, Aguinaldo escapes and passes into side control at the same time. Nice work there by Aguinaldo!
Aguinaldo has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Clegane!
Aguinaldo takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sandor Clegane dominated that second round.
The cut man is working on Andres Aguinaldo's cut.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!


Clegane connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

Clegane lands with a hook. Aguinaldo tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Clegane looks to land a right hand but Aguinaldo moved out of range.
Nice straight punches there by Clegane. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Clegane.

Aguinaldo is staying tight to Clegane's torso, preventing him from escaping.
Aguinaldo is looking to take a break and control but Clegane is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Clegane sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Clegane moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Aguinaldo wants to control from the top but Clegane keeps moving.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Clegane is on top in guard.
Aguinaldo is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Clegane stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Aguinaldo swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Aguinaldo manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Clegane really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Aguinaldo wants to take Clegane's back here but Clegane is holding on to an arm, himself looking to escape.
Aguinaldo prevents Clegane from getting the reversal.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Aguinaldo takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Let's hope that Aguinaldo has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Clegane is in all sorts of trouble here.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Aguinaldo can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Clegane is looking to escape.

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Sandor Clegane.
I think Clegane has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
