Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Koopa Troopa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeremy Ring (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Troopa comes to the cage accompanied by Koopa Troopa. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Troopa is rocked!
Ring lands an elbow that stopped Troopa in his tracks for a moment.
Oh Troopa is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Troopa has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Ring avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Ring breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Troopa shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Ring napping and manages to drive through into side control!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Troopa has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Ring is looking for a sweep. Troopa is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Ring is trying to maintain the position but Troopa is very close to passing his half guard.
The fighters are battling for position here. Ring manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Ring is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Troopa defends well.
Ring is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Ring is pawing at Troopa, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Troopa's nose. Troopa is badly hurt! Ring pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Troopa tries desperately to hold on but Ring is relentless in his assault! As Troopa receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Ring away and this one is in the books!
