Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Steve Hess (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Helios Kyle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Helios Kyle!
The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hess manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Kyle on his heels. He'll look to pass Kyle's guard now, I'm sure.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Kyle working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Hess doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Hess manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Hess is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Kyle has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Hess is looking to defend but Kyle has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Hess! Kyle pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Hess taps out and this one is all over!
