Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Cruz Vito (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sergio Postiga (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Postiga has chosen Tacata as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Vito shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Postiga manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Vito is looking to work some ground and pound but Postiga has wrist control.

Postiga manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Vito manages to get himself to full guard.
Postiga is on the wrong end of a couple of strikes there.
Postiga wants to control from the top but Vito keeps moving.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Vito is working an open guard so Postiga takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Vito shoots and misses
and Postiga counters with a three punch combo that has Vito backing up. Vito nods at Postiga to acknowledge the strikes.

Postiga fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Vito finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Postiga's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Vito falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!
