Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Wedge Xiii (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Simon Morgan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Xiii comes into the arena with Tenacious D - Master Exploder blaring out of the sound system. Morgan has chosen Sherry Monocle as his entrance music. Simon Morgan has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Alexandre Firmino and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Xiii checks the leg kick.
Xiii walks into a jab.
Xiii is looking to chop away at Morgan's legs.
Morgan throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Xiii misses with a leg kick
and Morgan counters with a nice body shot.
Morgan moves out of range of the leg kick from Xiii.
Xiii shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Xiii scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Morgan is desperately trying to improve his position but Xiii has a good base and remains in mount.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Xiii postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Morgan badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Xiii around the waist but Xiii pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Xiii is the winner by TKO! Xiii jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Wedge Xiii!
