Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Damian Dziku (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thomas Bowles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Thomas Bowles will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Donald Grub and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dziku closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Bowles's guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Dziku stands up from guard. Let's bang!
Dziku avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Dziku scores with a kick to the body.

Dziku decides to stand and escape the position.

Dziku decides to stand up.
Dziku feints and then cracks Bowles's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Bowles down.
Dziku drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Dziku decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Dziku explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Dziku scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Dziku stands up.
Dziku fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Dziku darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Dziku decides to return to a standing position.
Dziku fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Bowles.
Dziku throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
No joy there for Bowles, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Dziku clinches.
Dziku breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Bowles throws a poor cross that misses
and Dziku counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Dziku lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Dziku.
Dziku has taken the fight to the clinch.

Dziku escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Dziku misses with a takedown attempt - Bowles sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Dziku circles away from the clinch attempt.
An inside leg kick lands from Dziku.
Bowles lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Bowles pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Dziku slips a straight right by Bowles.
Dziku shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Bowles but Bowles pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Dziku throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Dziku instigates a clinch.
Dziku scores with a shoulder strike.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Damian Dziku dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Dziku changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bowles tries to avoid it but Dziku manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bowles to the ground. Bowles escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Bowles throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Dziku tries to score a power double leg takedown but Bowles sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Dziku somewhat.
Dziku keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Bowles lands a nice leg kick that just misses Dziku's sensitive parts.
Dziku throws a head kick that half lands.
Bowles gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Dziku stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bowles swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Bowles wants to stand up but Dziku is controlling him.

Dziku stands up from Bowles's guard - Dziku perhaps looking for a knockout.
Dziku shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Bowles sprawls well. Bowles wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Dziku gets slowly back to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Damian Dziku. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Dziku throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Bowles tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Dziku is in Bowles's guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Bowles is on top in guard.
Dziku manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Bowles lands a nice hook to Dziku's body. Dziku takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Dziku misses with a takedown attempt - Bowles sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Dziku shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Bowles as he jumps to the side.
Dziku moves out of range of the body kick from Bowles.
Dziku shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Bowles's guard.
Bowles is looking to stand back up but Dziku counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Bowles.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Dziku passes to full mount!

Dziku avoids the attempt from Bowles to control.
Dziku wants to control the pace but Bowles is squirming around nicely.
Bowles tries to reverse the position but Dziku maintains control.

Dziku can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Bowles is looking to escape.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Dziku misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Bowles throws a series of punches but Dziku avoids them all with ease.
Bowles throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Dziku pushes Bowles up against the cage in a clinch.

Dziku has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Bowles finds it's way round the side to connect with Dziku's head.

and Dziku counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Dziku shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Bowles eats them both and turns towards Dziku to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Bowles takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Dziku rushes Bowles and presses him up against the cage.
Bowles tries to break the clinch but Dziku is controlling the position.

Damian Dziku is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Bowles looks to throw the jab but Dziku is out of range.
Dziku has managed to clinch.

Dziku utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Dziku uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Bowles throws a leg kick that is checked
and Dziku counters with a thumping low kick.
Dziku bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Dziku stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Bowles throws a right hand that Dziku ducks under and follows up with a left that Dziku also avoids with ease.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Bowles falls off balance throwing a combination
and Dziku counters with a good low kick that Bowles was not able to check.
Bowles takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Bowles cracks Dziku with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Bowles looks to land a left hand but Dziku moved out of range nicely.
Bowles steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Dziku. That one must have hurt.
Dziku drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Dziku is in close to Bowles's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Damian Dziku overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Dziku gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Bowles throws a shot from downtown. Dziku moves away and avoids it.
Bowles looks to throw the jab but Dziku is out of range.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Dziku is looking to take this one to the mat.
Bowles is trying to push Dziku away but Dziku has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Dziku breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Dziku is struggling to control the position.
Dziku pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Dziku drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Dziku goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Bowles tries to land a front kick but Dziku steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Bowles is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Dziku.

Dziku moves into the clinch.
Bowles jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Dziku walks away with a smile on his face. Bowles gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Dziku closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
