Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roderick Lagoc Ii (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and TheNewYork Dumbass (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lagoc Ii comes to the cage accompanied by Here Comes The Boom. TheNewYork Dumbass told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lagoc Ii shoots in but no luck this time.
Lagoc Ii looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Lagoc Ii here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.

It looks like Roderick Lagoc Ii has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

OK we're going to have a standup here. TheNewYork Dumbass hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Dumbass leaves Lagoc Ii with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

TheNewYork Dumbass is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Lagoc Ii's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Dumbass connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Lagoc Ii scrambles back to his feet.
