Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Clive Churchill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Freeman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Churchill comes into the arena with Australian National Anthem blaring out of the sound system. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Winston Howard and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Freeman looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Churchill is fending him off so far but Freeman persists. Nope, Churchill circles away and we're back to standing.
Freeman throws a low kick, looking for Churchill's leg but Churchill calmly moves out of range.
Churchill lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

No joy there for Freeman, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Freeman shoots in and drives through. Churchill sprawls well.

Churchill lands a big head kick that sends Freeman tumbling to the mat! Churchill takes a step backwards and waves Freeman back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Clive Churchill decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
