The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Lou da Vinci and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rio throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Slice's waist but Slice gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Rio off to one side.
Slice closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Slice stuffs the takedown.
Slice is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Rio shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Jimbo Slice has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Matt Rio.

Slice throws a pinpoint strike between Rio's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Rio crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Slice scores a great knockout victory!
