Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lanny Poffo!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Cecil Peabody and Tiny Johnson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Haize.
Poffo takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Bo Haize seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Poffo uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Haize.
Haize fails with an attempt to clinch.
Haize throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Poffo wants to take the fight to the mat but Haize manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Haize escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Poffo takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Poffo drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Haize lands with a kick to the temple. Poffo shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Poffo throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Haize's waist but Haize gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Poffo off to one side.
Bo Haize has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lanny Poffo.

Poffo tries to keep at a distance but Haize has taken the fight into the clinch.
Haize is pushing Poffo up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Poffo is working for takedown but Haize is calmly controlling the position for now.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Haize tries to work over Poffo's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Poffo looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Haize with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
