The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Jones.
Hopkins with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Jones goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Hopkins decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Hopkins prevents Jones from improving his position.
Hopkins is trying for a kimura here. Jones looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Hopkins wins by kimura!
