Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Kraken Carter!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, James Te Huna!
The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Damien Edna and Donatello Bradman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carter throws a right and a left that both miss.
Te Huna rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Carter moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Carter swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Carter showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Te Huna.
Carter takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.


It looks like Kraken Carter has been cut.
Te Huna scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Carter swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Te Huna throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Carter tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Te Huna tries to clinch there but Carter circles away.
Carter swinging wildly here.
A jab from Carter misses.
Te Huna lands a jab to the nose.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Te Huna scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.


Carter is rocked!
Carter misses with a few strikes there.

Te Huna has taken the fight to the clinch.
Te Huna trying to control the position but instead, Carter has worked for underhooks and has pushed Te Huna into the cage.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Te Huna can't break the clinch.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.
Te Huna wants to get back to striking at distance but Carter won't allow it.

Carter breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Carter swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Te Huna lands a two punch combo.

Te Huna lands a left and a right that send Carter crashing to the mat, dazed. Te Huna thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Oh Carter is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!


Kraken Carter's cut is getting worse.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Te Huna is stalking Carter. Carter circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Te Huna, and it's lights out! Carter really payed the price for that rookie mistake.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). James Te Huna!
