Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jaakko Parantainen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brunson Doyle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Parantainen might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Gasellit - Ime Huiluu . Doyle has chosen On To The Next One as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Brunson Doyle has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Jaakko Parantainen's chin.

Doyle is fighting off a takedown attempt but Parantainen is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Doyle to the mat. Doyle regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Brunson Doyle was stalling too much, according to the referee.

Parantainen has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Doyle uses from the top position.

Parantainen has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Doyle is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Parantainen.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jaakko Parantainen.
