Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Beavis BB (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pietkriek Gumbi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Pietkriek Gumbi!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Wagner Zegers and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
BB looks to score with a jab to the body but Gumbi is just out of range.
A slow jab from BB misses its intended target.
Gumbi wants to slow BB down by chopping away at his legs.
BB works Gumbi's body with a nice hook.
Gumbi misses the jab.
Gumbi tries to move into range but BB moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by BB!
It looks like Pietkriek Gumbi has been cut.
Gumbi defending well as BB loads up on a big left hand.
Gumbi thows a body shot but no joy.
Gumbi throws a big shot that misses.
BB misses with a looping left.
Gumbi jabbing away but nothing is landing.
BB misses with a body punch
and Gumbi makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Gumbi stuns BB with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
BB bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Gumbi's head backwards.
Gumbi throws a nice looking combination but BB bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Gumbi throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Gumbi scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. BB doesn't seem bothered though.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Gumbi will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
A looping hook to the body misses from Gumbi. BB does a little dance to reset his feet.
BB closes the distance and lands a one-two.
BB scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
BB bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
A head kick from Gumbi lands but BB takes it in his stride.
Gumbi connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
BB is rocked!
Nice uppercut lands for BB. That snapped Gumbi's head back.
Oh BB is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Gumbi throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Gumbi lands a jab to BB's midsection.
BB seems to have got his legs back now.
Gumbi takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
BB lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
BB misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Gumbi counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Gumbi swings for the body but BB moves out of range.
It's a brutal combination of punches from Gumbi! BB is backing up but he can't get away as Gumbi lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops BB and ends the fight. Great knockout.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Pietkriek Gumbi!
