The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Street circles away from the clinch attempt
letting Street counter with a right hand.
Severus clobbers Street with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Severus takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Street takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Street changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Severus on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Street scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Severus cracks Street with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Street throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Severus scores with a kick to the body.
Street throws a sloppy head kick and Severus moves out of range easily.
Severus uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Severus fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Severus scores with a body shot.
Severus tries to clinch up.
Street misses with a two punch combination.

Severus connects with a single shot there.
Severus is looking to land body kicks.
Street scores with a jab. Severus acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Sloppy strikes from Street. Those never looked like landing.

Severus fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Street.

Severus throws a right and a left that Street avoids nicely.
Street fails with a takedown attempt.
Severus fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Street has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Street keeps the fight on the outside.
Street throws a leg kick but Severus moved away.
Severus connects with a nice looking jab.
Street looks to score with a jab to the body but Severus is just out of range.
A head kick misses from Severus.

and Severus counters with a nice low kick that buckles Street's knee momentarily.
Severus throws a quick inside leg kick.
Severus looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Street takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Severus throws a series of punches but Street avoids them all with ease.
Street lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Severus takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Michael Street seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Street shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Severus defends it nicely.
Street looks gassed!
Severus throws a head kick but Street moves out of range.

Severus wants to clinch up but Street keeps it at a distance.
The fighters circling - Street throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Street throws a looping overhand right but Severus ducks down to avoid it.
Severus throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Street sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Severus pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Street avoids the head kick by Severus.
Severus scores with a jab to the head.
Severus misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Street.

Severus bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Street takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Severus.
Severus is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Street sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Severus.
Carlo Severus is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Severus pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Street has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Street fails to land with a series of punches.
Decent striking displayed by Severus there.
Street throws a chopping leg kick but Severus manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Street works the jab nicely.
Severus pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Street misses the jab.
Severus connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Street tries a head kick but it misses.

Severus clinches up with Street and pushes him back against the cage.
Severus using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.
Severus creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Street's defenses.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Severus avoiding damage as Street throws knees to the body.
Street misses with a shot to the kidneys.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Street missing with knees to the body.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Carlo Severus dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!


Street throws a solid leg kick but Severus takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Street.
Severus tries to close the distance and clinch up but Street swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Street keeps the fight on the outside.
A big left from Street misses.
Decent striking displayed by Severus there.
Severus uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Street has time to react.
Street throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Severus avoids the body shot from Street.
Street walks into a jab.


Street is rocked!
Street is aggressively charging in as Severus backs up avoiding any damage. Severus tosses out a jab and Street runs right into it face first! Street is out cold! Severus dropped down on all fours and is barking in Street's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:38 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Carlo Severus!
