Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Bobandy Randy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Josue Ortiz!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Eliza Hachem and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Ortiz.
Ortiz wants to clinch.
Randy fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Randy looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Ortiz shoots in looking for a takedown. Randy tries to sprawl out of it but Ortiz keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Randy manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Randy dives in and grabs Ortiz's left leg, looking for a takedown. Ortiz pushes down on Randy's head and hops out.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bobandy Randy. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Ortiz tries to clinch up but Randy circles away and keeps his distance.
Randy shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Randy darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Randy is looking for submissions but instead, Ortiz has regained full guard.

Randy works over Ortiz with some ground and pound from guard.
Ortiz wants to sweep but no luck.
Randy drops back looking for a leg! Ortiz is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Ortiz manages to kick Randy off! Randy jumps back into Ortiz's guard.
Ortiz wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Randy is now in half guard.
Randy prevents Ortiz from improving his position.
Randy wants to take a breather but Ortiz is having none of it.

Randy moves into full mount! Ortiz won't be happy about that!
Ortiz throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing.
BOOM! Randy connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Ortiz is in all sorts of trouble here.
Ortiz is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Randy cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
It looks like Josue Ortiz has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Randy tries to control but Ortiz wriggling away.
The referee warns Ortiz that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Randy working for a guillotine from mount but Ortiz is in no mood to give up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Randy is breathing heavily.
Ortiz taking shots to the head.
Ortiz can't escape the position.
Randy working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
Ortiz defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Randy.
Ortiz really trying hard to get back to half guard here.

Randy is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Ortiz has managed to escape the submission attempt.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ortiz is trying desperately to improve position.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Randy shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Ortiz napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Randy is working Ortiz over with some ground and pound from side control.
Ortiz is trying to control Randy's posture but Randy avoids it.

Randy has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Randy working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Ortiz is breathing heavily.
Randy lands a few punches from side control.
Ortiz really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Randy. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Randy is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Ortiz is trying to escape and Randy transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Ortiz is forced to tap! Nice work there by Randy! Very nice indeed!
