Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jack Clark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Clark comes into the arena with Rent a Wreck blaring out of the sound system. Peter Jones has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 11 - 0, fighting out of London, Jack Clark!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 10 - 0, fighting out of London, Peter Jones!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, William Gold and Daniel Bishop.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clark moves away from the strike by Jones.
Clark lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

and Jones counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Clark is pressing down on Jones's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

Clark leaves Jones with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

and Clark makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

Jones throws a chopping leg kick but Clark manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Jones takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Jones stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Jones throws a sloppy head kick and Clark moves out of range easily.
Jones is looking to chop away at Clark's legs.

Jones shoots in and gets a takedown into Clark's guard.

Jones trying to control the position from guard on top but Clark is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Clark takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

Clark shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Jones eats them both and turns towards Clark to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Clark sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Jack Clark has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Jones looks to land a body kick but Clark moved away.
Jones throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Jack Clark is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Jones.
Jones missing with a left hand there. Clark was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Jones throws a low kick, looking for Clark's leg but Clark calmly moves out of range.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Clark on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Jones connects with a good right hand that stumbles Clark. Clark circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Clark throws a series of punches but Jones avoids them all with ease.
Jones wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Clark throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
