Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Magatsu Taito (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gordie Green (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Reed Andrews and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Taito bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Green steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Taito. That one must have hurt.
Taito on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Green rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Taito moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Taito connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Green some visible discomfort.

Green is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Taito asserts his dominance and retains side control.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Green enables Taito to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Green manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Taito postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Green looks a forlorn figure.

Magatsu Taito overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Taito is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Green can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

You get the feeling that Green really doesn't like being in this position too much.
BOOM! Taito connects with a massive shot to the dome!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Magatsu Taito showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Taito, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
