The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fabiandando looks for a takedown but McCoy sprawls well.

Fabiandando shoots in looking for a takedown. McCoy tries to sprawl out of it but Fabiandando keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. McCoy manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
McCoy stuffs the takedown attempt from Fabiandando. Fabiandando gets slowly back to his feet.
Ebeneezer McCoy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of George Fabiandando.

Fabiandando shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says McCoy as he avoids it easily.

Fabiandando drops his hands momentarily and McCoy takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
McCoy dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
McCoy lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Fabiandando at a distance.
Fabiandando motions for McCoy to come forward. Fabiandando throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Fabiandando shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says McCoy as he avoids it easily.

McCoy defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Fabiandando.
McCoy connects with a good right hand that stumbles Fabiandando. Fabiandando circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Fabiandando throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around McCoy's waist but McCoy gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Fabiandando off to one side.
Ebeneezer McCoy is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
McCoy lands a nice hook to Fabiandando's body. Fabiandando takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

The crowd cheers as McCoy lands an impressive looking overhand right. Fabiandando doesn't seem phased though.

McCoy fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Fabiandando is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

and McCoy counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
McCoy avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Fabiandando ducks right into an uppercut from McCoy.
McCoy closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Fabiandando tries a head kick but it misses.

McCoy's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and McCoy duly obliges.
Fabiandando shoots for a takedown but McCoy saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
McCoy lands a nice hook to Fabiandando's body. Fabiandando takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

and McCoy counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
McCoy scores to the head and body with a nice combination!

McCoy goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

and McCoy counters with a big right hand! Oh Fabiandando is in trouble here! McCoy follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!
