The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Shirou Masuda and Kenichi Hosakawa.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Drey stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Cordeiro.
Drey swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Cordeiro.
Cordeiro cracks Drey with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Cordeiro swings for the body but Drey moves out of range.
Cordeiro lands a front kick.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Cordeiro throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Cordeiro swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Cordeiro takes a swing at Drey's ribcage but misses.
Drey is looking to land body kicks.
Cordeiro misses with a body kick.
Drey throws a head kick that misses.
Cordeiro throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Drey moves out of range of the body kick from Cordeiro.
Drey pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Drey has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Cordeiro.
Drey looks gassed!
Cordeiro connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Cordeiro misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Drey crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Cordeiro - the referee stops the clock and Drey gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Cordeiro. Drey manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Cordeiro moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Cordeiro scoring well with a low kick there.

Drey takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Drey takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Cordeiro misses with a head kick.
Drey has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Cordeiro.
Cordeiro pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Drey takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Drey takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Cordeiro throws a sloppy head kick and Drey moves out of range easily.
Cordeiro scores with a nice body kick.
Cordeiro throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Cordeiro lands a nice leg kick that just misses Drey's sensitive parts.
Nice uppercut there from Cordeiro.

Cordeiro lands a big head kick that sends Drey tumbling to the mat! Cordeiro takes a step backwards and waves Drey back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Drey is rocked!

It looks like Jahan Drey has been cut.
Cordeiro misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Drey is still on wobbly legs! Can Cordeiro finish him?
Drey blocks a head kick by Cordeiro.
Drey seems to have recovered his senses.
Nice shot lands for Cordeiro.
Drey has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Cordeiro.

Ouch! a nice leg kick from Cordeiro, right into the meat.
Whack! Cordeiro lands a heavy head kick that drops Drey. The ref tackles Cordeiro to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Drey was done.
