Evangelisti is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Comet had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

Comet wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Good leg kick by Evangelisti there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Jackson Comet seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Comet with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Evangelisti to score with a decent uppercut.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Evangelisti feints with a jab and clips Comet right behind the ear with a massive overhand right! Comet is sent crashing into the canvas and Evangelisti leaps in for the kill! Comet tries to get to his feet but Evangelisti is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that Comet is in need of a savior and steps in!
