The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kush rushes Arienzo and presses him up against the cage.
Arienzo is looking to take this one to the mat.
Arienzo's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

Arienzo gets through Kush's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Kush lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Kush softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage.
Arienzo tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Kush gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Arienzo.
Arienzo drops down looking for an ankle pick but Kush pulls his leg out and moves away.
Og Kush has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Carlos Arienzo.
Arienzo tries to close the distance and clinch up but Kush swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Kush lands a body shot.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Kush lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Arienzo backs up against the cage.

It looks like Carlos Arienzo has been cut.

Kush moves into the clinch.

Arienzo gets a clinch.
Kush lands a left hand that snaps the head of Arienzo backwards.

Kush escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Kush keeps the fight on the outside.
Kush scores with a jab.
Kush scores with a nice right hand.
Arienzo looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Kush ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Kush connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

Kush has closed the distance and engaged Arienzo in a clinch.

Kush pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Kush scores with a body shot.
Kush lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Kush is really turning it up, unleashing another crisp combination which drops Arienzo like a ton of bricks! The referee dives in to stop the fight, saving Arienzo from another fist facial!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Og Kush!
A relieved looking Og Kush thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
