Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mason Prophet (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matthias Sieber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Prophet's entrance music is Kamikaze Kush- Nothing To Lose. A fine choice. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sieber looks to land a right hand but Prophet moved out of range.
Matthias Sieber seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Prophet just misses with a punch to the body.
Prophet stuns Sieber with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Sieber thows a body shot but no joy.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Prophet lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Sieber jumps guard and drags Prophet to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

That was a close round but I would say that Mason Prophet will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Sieber tries to close the distance and clinch but Prophet swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Prophet drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Sieber manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Prophet has Sieber in his guard.

Prophet is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Sieber is aware though and is defending well.

Prophet has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Sieber can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Sieber is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Prophet to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Prophet shrugs it off.

Matthias Sieber showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Prophet rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Sieber moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Mason Prophet.

Mason Prophet seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
