Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tommy Kane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rueso Bear Junior (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kane kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Gang of Four - I love a Man in Uniform. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kane takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Kane throws a body punch but Bear Junior moves out of range.

Kane closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Bear Junior to the mat! Bear Junior manages to get full guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Kane lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Bear Junior has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Bear Junior and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Kane closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Bear Junior is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Kane asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Kane is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Bear Junior is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

That was a close round but I would say that Tommy Kane will probably get the nod.
