Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sylwester Karwowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Orndorf (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Karwowski might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Metallica - Enter Sandman. Orndorf has chosen "Bodies" by Drowning Pool as his entrance music. Paul Orndorf has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Alec Ball and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Excellent takedown into side control there by Karwowski.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Orndorf is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Orndorf prevents Karwowski from improving position.
Karwowski misses with the ground and pound.
Karwowski wants to lay and pray for a moment but Orndorf keeps working.

Karwowski cracks Orndorf with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Karwowski fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Orndorf has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Orndorf crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Karwowski - the referee stops the clock and Orndorf gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Karwowski. Orndorf manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
The fighters circle momentarily. Karwowski darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
