The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Noshikawa throws a hook but Kasumia blocks it.

Kasumia has managed to clinch.
Kasumia wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Noshikawa tries to stall but Kasumia uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Noshikawa doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Kasumia shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Noshikawa's guard.
Noshikawa lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Kasumia!

Noshikawa tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Noshikawa unloads with some shots from mount but Kasumia bucks and avoids them well.

Kasumia is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Noshikawa takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
