Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Trent Hancock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eric Cartman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Trent Hancock!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Eric Cartman!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Jonathan Paton and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cartman closes the distance and clinches up with Hancock, looking for a takedown. Cartman pushes Hancock against the cage but Hancock circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Hancock goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Cartman keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Hancock rushes Cartman and presses him up against the cage.
Hancock is pressed up against the cage. Cartman has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Hancock down to the mat. Hancock avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Cartman throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

and Hancock counters by clinching up.
Trent Hancock has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Eric Cartman.
Cartman breaks from the clinch.
Hancock clinches with his opponent.
Hancock is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Cartman to keep the fight standing.
Cartman fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Hancock blocks a body shot from Cartman.
Hancock lands a right hand that snaps the head of Cartman backwards.
Cartman wants a takedown.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Cartman dodges an elbow strike from Hancock.
Cartman lands a takedown into guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Hancock wants to stand and escape but Cartman is having none of it.
Cartman is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Cartman drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Cartman seems to have locked his on tight now - Hancock screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Cartman, as he picks up the win!
