Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fred Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rinta Pelle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Lee throws a hook but Pelle avoids it easily.
Pelle lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Lee checks a leg kick nicely.
Pelle throws a lazy right hand but Lee sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Nice straight punches there by Lee. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Lee.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Lee throws a sloppy head kick and Pelle moves out of range easily.

Pelle has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Pelle there as he acknowledges the shot.

Lee cracks Pelle with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Pelle looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Lee finish him?

Lee pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Pelle takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Jab, jab by Lee - just one landing.
Lee scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Nice jab there from Lee.
Lee just misses with a punch to the body.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Pelle crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Lee - the referee stops the clock and Pelle gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Lee. Pelle manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Pelle looks gassed!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Pelle rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Lee moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Lee gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.

Pelle escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Pelle throws a right hand that Lee ducks under and follows up with a left that Lee also avoids with ease.

Lee cracks Pelle with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Lee has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Pelle to stand back up!
Pelle throws an off balance right hand
and Lee counters with a crisp right that sends Pelle to the canvas! Lee follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Fred Lee!
A relieved looking Fred Lee thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
