With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Davos Seaworth!
The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Edson Gomes and Emerson Jorge.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Seaworth misses with a takedown attempt - Rua sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Davos Seaworth seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Seaworth rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Rua moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Seaworth misses with a hook.
Seaworth scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
No luck for Rua with that takedown attempt.
Rua walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Seaworth misses with a left hand

and Rua counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Seaworth's guard now.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Rua not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Rua stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Seaworth swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Rua wants to control from the top but Seaworth keeps moving.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Alejandro Rua wasn't doing enough on the ground.

Seaworth looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Seaworth is working for a submission of some sort.
Seaworth is looking to take a break and control but Rua is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
