The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pegado shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Boxing's guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Boxing keeping moving, preventing Pegado from controlling successfully.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Pegado drops back, looking for a kneebar! Boxing looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Boxing looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Boxing!
Pegado is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

Pegado is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Boxing pulls his head out easily.
Pegado is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Boxing's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Boxing's back!
Pegado working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Boxing is doing well to defend. Pegado seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Boxing is forced to tap and this one is over!
