Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mickey O Neil (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmy Snuka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). O Neil comes to the cage accompanied by Golden Brown. Snuka has chosen Superfly -- Curtis Mayfield and Ice T as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed right hand from O Neil misses the target.
O Neil feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Snukas jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
O Neil moves out of range of the body kick from Snuka.
Snuka thows a left - swing and a miss!
O Neil tries to land a front kick but Snuka steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
O Neil lands a head shot.
Snuka blocks the body kick.
O Neil with a jab.
Snuka connects with an inside leg kick.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
O Neil cracks the inside of Snuka's front leg.
O Neil fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Snuka is out of range.

Jimmy Snuka seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and O Neil takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
A looping hook to the body misses from Snuka. O Neil does a little dance to reset his feet.

and Snuka counters with a leg kick.
Snuka ducks down and throws a hook to the body but O Neil moves away.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Snuka throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent O Neil stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
O Neil comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

and O Neil counters with a right hand to the body.
The crowd cheers as O Neil lands an impressive looking overhand right. Snuka doesn't seem phased though.
Snuka connects with a leg kick. O Neil looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
O Neil throws a hook but Snuka blocks it.
Snuka swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Snuka misses with an uppercut
and O Neil counters with a nice kick to the body.
O Neil misses with a wild body shot.
O Neil takes a swing at Snuka's ribcage but misses.
O Neil on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Snuka takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
O Neil throws a head kick but Snuka moves out of range.
O Neil throws a chopping leg kick but Snuka manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

Snuka has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from O Neil finds it's way round the side to connect with Snuka's head.

O Neil throws a leg kick that misses.
O Neil drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Snuka right on the button. Snuka goes down! O Neil follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! O Neil gets the win via TKO!
