Rivaldo has chosen Im your worst nightmare as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rivaldo misses with an uppercut.
Left hook, right uppercut from Rivaldo.
Rivaldo fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Wallace manages to avoid it.
Wallace uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Rivaldo.
Rivaldo lands the left hand.
Rivaldo throws a looping overhand right but Wallace ducks down to avoid it.
Wallace swats away the attempt to clinch by Rivaldo.
Wallace lands a nice hook to Rivaldo's body. Rivaldo takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Rivaldo jabs at Wallace's body.
Wallace lands with a kick to the ribs.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Wallace.

Wallace fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Rivaldo to the ground. Wallace is now in Rivaldo's guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Wallace wants to control from the top but Rivaldo keeps moving.

Rivaldo gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Rivaldo jabs Wallace to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Rivaldo stuffs the takedown attempt from Wallace. Wallace gets slowly back to his feet.
Rivaldo lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.

Wallace shoots in looking for a takedown. Rivaldo tries to sprawl out of it but Wallace keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Rivaldo manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Rivaldo looks to throw the jab but Wallace is out of range.

Rivaldo misses with an uppercut. Wallace saw that one coming.
