Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Buster Kuntz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dick Solomon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kuntz kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Glassjaw-Siberian Kiss. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 30 - 16 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Buster Kuntz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Dick Solomon!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kuntz fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Kuntz thows a body kick. Solomon tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Kuntz avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Kuntz takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Solomon rushes Kuntz and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Kuntz breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Kuntz shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Solomon pinned against the cage. Solomon gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Solomon doesn't manage to clinch there - Kuntz circles away.
A head kick misses from Kuntz.
Solomon misses the shot to the body.
Kuntz missing with a left hand there. Solomon was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Kuntz throws a sloppy head kick and Solomon moves out of range easily.
Kuntz lands with a thumping leg kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Kuntz walks into a stiff left hand from Solomon.
Solomon tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Kuntz manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Solomon slips a straight right by Kuntz.
Solomon connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

Kuntz is rocked!
Kuntz doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Solomon moves out of range of the body kick.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Solomon connects with a combination that backs up Kuntz into the cage. Solomon lands a flurry of punches that gets past Kuntz's guard. Kuntz is down and the referee has seen enough. It is all over! Solomon bursts into tears - this win obviously means a huge amount to him.
